A Message from Mike
Jiu-Jitsu has been extraordinarily valuable to me in my life. Growing up, I was bullied relentlessly, had trouble with my weight, and sorely lacked confidence. I started Jiu-Jitsu and Judo at 18 years old. Through years of training, competing, and teaching, it has truly transformed me.
More than that, I've had the privilege of teaching the art to hundreds of people and seen the effect it has had on them. I have watched people lose weight, compete in world championships, and make lifelong connections. However, the most valuable experiences in my life have been giving kids the tools that I wish I had growing up.

We take immense pride in providing a clean, spacious, and fully-equipped facility designed for your comfort and success. Located just 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco with ample free parking, our academy is built to be your second home.
Spacious Training Area
Over 2,400 sq. ft. of mat space, featuring 1.5-inch thick mats on a 2-inch padded subfloor for maximum safety.
Premium Recovery Amenities
Accelerate your recovery and performance with our 5-person infrared sauna and ice bath/cold plunge barrel.
Full Gym
A complete weight training and cardio area with a squat rack, bench, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more.

Community spirit
The most consistent feedback we receive is about our atmosphere. We have intentionally cultivated a "no-egos, just good vibes" culture where everyone is welcome. Our community includes over 20 active black belts who attend classes and help mentor newer students. Upper belts helping lower belts is the norm here. It's a supportive, nurturing, and family-oriented environment where you'll build friendships that last a lifetime.
