Message from the Owner & Head Instructor:
Jiu-Jitsu has been extraordinarily valuable to me in my life. Growing up, I was bullied relentlessly, had trouble with my weight, and sorely lacked confidence. I started Jiu-Jitsu and Judo at 18 years old. Through years of training, competing and teaching, it has truly transformed me. More than that, I've had the privilege of teaching the art to hundreds of people and seen the effect it has had on them. I have watched people lose weight, compete in world championships, and make lifelong connections. However, the most valuable experiences in my life have been giving kids the tools that I wish I had growing up. Check out our schedule and try a first class for free. -Mike Murrell |
