Cave Academy has always been transparent about our pricing. Our membership model is simple: we reward those who commit for a longer term or higher frequency.

How do I sign up for a family discount?
Sign up each family member for a free trial class, sign the online waivers, and sign up one family member for the appropriate membership. Send us an E-mail and let us know the membership(s) the other family member(s) want to enroll in. We will add the memberships manually with the discounts applied.
Is it Autopay?
All monthly memberships are enrolled in auto pay. If you signed up between the 1st and the 15th, you will be billed on the 5th of each month; If you signed up between the 16th and the end of the month, you will be billed on the 20th of each month.
Is it hard to cancel?
No! You can let us know through e-mail any time you want to cancel, freeze, or modify your membership(s). We just ask that you do this before your next bill is due. There are no refunds for time you paid for but didn’t use. That said, we commonly give credit toward memberships if you had to take a break but forgot to freeze your membership.
To be clear, If you cancel your membership you will no longer be charged. If you do receive a charge after notifying us that you want to cancel your membership just send us an E-mail and we will refund your money in 3-5 business days.
